FIX Activity status not working on Instagram | activity status on Instagram not working 2023

Nowadays, whenever we use an app, we see an online  there, like if we use WhatsApp, then we see online if we are online, similarly on Instagram, if we are online, there is a status on our profile.

Green dot appears which means we are online so today we are going to see in this blog that if any problem is coming on our active status Instagram then how to solve this active status problem.

Step 1 : Open the Instagram on your mobile, go to profile, there is an option of 3 lines above, select 3 lines. 

Step 2 : Now click on Settings and click on Accounts option.

Step 3 : At the bottom click on Switch Account Type option and switch to creator account.

Step 4 : Click on switch to private account again click on switch to private account.

Step 5 : Now we have to go back to Settings and select the Privacy option.

Step 6 : Here select the option of activity status below and if  show your activity status option is off then turn on show your activity status.

If your problem is not solved by following the above steps, then follow next step. Remove Screenshot of our problem.

Step 1 : Go to profile on Instagram app, Click on Profile, click on three line. 

Step 2 : select setting option, scroll down, click on help option.

Step 3 : Click on report problem, now you will be redirected to the e-mail, after coming to the email, here we have to mention the problem& add the screenshot of our problem we have and click on send option. Instagram community will try to solve our problem as soon as we send the mail.
