Step 1 : Open Settings on your iPhone, Click on the Cellular option, scroll down, Turn on Messenger.Turn on flight mode and now you turn off flight mode.

Open the messenger application and check whether your filter problem is solved or not, if that question is not there, then follow the next step.

Step 2 : open setting, click on general option, click on shutdown, slide to shutdown and restart your mobile.

Step 3 : After restarting, open the App Store, search for Facebook, and if there is an update, update it. Also search for Messenger, if it has an update, then update it as well.

Step 4 : Click on Settings, Go to General, Click on Reset, Click on Reset Network Settings, Now enter your iphone’s password there Click on Reset Network Settings.

Step 5 : If your problem is not resolved now, uninstall Messenger and install it.
