Step 1 : Open mobile setting then we have to go down to the apps option and select apps option.

Step 2 : After clicking on the Apps option, we will see all the apps of our mobile here, then here we simply have to search Telegram on Search browser above and as soon as we give Telegram, we have to select the Telegram option.

Step 3 : After coming on telegram, here we have to select mobile data.

Step  4 : After clicking on mobile data, we have to keep Allow background data usage  option turned on  and turn off allow mobile data saver on option. Then come back and then click on the storage usage option

Step 5 :  After clicking on the storage usage option, we will see the Clear Cache option below here, then we have to click on the Clear Cache option. 

Restart your mobile.
Now you can go to Telegram app and see that there was a login , it must have been solved.
