How to Fix VI Internet Problem | mobile internet not working on android | VI network problem 2023

If you are also a VI user and when you are using VI sim then you are facing network issue then how to solve this network issue or going to see in today’s blog.

Step 1 :  Go to notification, your mobile if data saver is on then turn it off,battery saver on a then turn it off too. Close any app running in the background on your mobile.

step 2 : Open setting application on your mobile, click on connection option here click on mobile network option.

Step 3 :Deactivate your Vodafone sim and activate it again, below is the option of data roaming turn it on.

Step 4 : Check whether the network preference  on our mobile is on auto mode or not.

Step 5 : Click on the access point and click on the 3 dot on the top right corner and click on the reset access point option, the reset access point option will come in red below, click on reset access point  option.

Step 6 : VI mobile connect option will appear in front of us, click on Vi mobile connect option, click on APN,  internet is visible here, then change it to VI internet as well.

Step 7 : Go below click on barer option here click on LTE option, now click back  and  click on Save Changes option then restart your mobile.

Your network problem will be solved.
