Step 1 : Open the Play Store app on your mobile, search for Instagram, check on your mobile that no new Instagram update has come, if the update has come, then update it,

If we use multiple accounts in our Instagram, then we have to check on both the accounts that the account type is not the same, if it is different, then we have to save it, for this first go to your Instagram.

Step 1 : First of all, open the Instagram app on your mobile, after opening  Instagram , go to the profile, after going to the profile, you will see 3 lines on the right corner, click on those 3 lines.

Step 2 : After clicking on the three lines, you have to click on the option of setting.

Step 3 : After coming to the setting, you have to select the option of account.

Step 4 : After clicking on the account, you have to go down and click on the switch account type option.

Step 5 :  After clicking on Switch Account Type, you will see two options below, out of both the options you have to click on Switch to Personal Account. After clicking on switch to personal account, we have to close our Instagram tab and copy all 3 step again from start.

Step 6 : After copying the first 3 steps, we will come to the Accounts option, after coming to the Accounts option, we have to go down again & Click to the  Switch to Professional Account option.

Step 7 : After clicking on Switch to Professional option, we have to click on Continue option for 4 times.

Step 8 : After clicking on the continue option four times, we have to describe our profession as if I am a blogger, then I have  choose the blogger option here.

Step 9 : For our account. we are being asked whether our account is a creator account or a business account, so here I am selecting the creator account option.

Step 10 : After selecting the Creator option, we have to click on the next option, after clicking on the next option, we will see the option of continue. Here, we have to click on Continue option.

Step 2  : Select the setting option , after coming to the setting, now click on the help option.

Step 3 : Select the report the problem option, now you will be redirected to the email. 

Step 4 : after coming to the email, here is the screenshot in front of us, close it and add the screenshot of our problem that we had taken and here we have to mention  the problem .after mentioning, click on the send button
