How to Recover instagram account using Email (Without phone number) | how to change instagram password by email id

Step 1 : Open the Instagram app on your mobile, On the login page, click on the Get help with login in option ,Enter your Registerd email id, Enter the Received confirmation 6 digit code on email, here Click on the next option, Select your accounts Click on login to __(number of accounts) option, Click on Remember option.

Step 2 : Open the chrome app on your mobile, search for Instagram web, click on the first link that appears and select the chrome option.

Step 3 : Now you will come to the login page of Instagram, after coming to the login page, click on forgot password, now enter your registered email id here and click on send login link, click on I am not robot and click on next option. Click on ok.

Step 4 : Now open the email on your mobile, you must have received an email from Instagram, open that email here, click on Log in as __(your username) now select your Instagram app and click on the Just once option. you will get access to your Instagram account.

Step 5 : If you want to change the password of your Instagram account, then come to the email again.

Step 6 : open that email coming from Instagram, click on the change password option, select Chrome or Instagram, now here you have to enter your new password. and click on reset password.
