Step 1 : First of all check whether you have received any update or not of ring app, if any update has come then update it.

Step 2 : Long press on ring app on your mobile, click on app info, after coming to App info, click on force stop button. Click on storage data option and click on clear data option.

Step 7 : after coming on mail write location problem in subject and In compose mail “I cant pay money from ring app showing location problem, solve as soon as possible” and send the mail. This will send your problem to Ring Community and they will try to solve your problem.
