FIX WhatsApp Business Not working | Easy Solve Not Working issue 2022

We use WhatsApp on our mobile, sometimes it happens that we want to use two WhatsApp on the same mobile, for this we download WhatsApp Business as an alternative.

If we have a business and we want that WhatsApp number to be joint with the business, due to which if we get someone’s message, then Being a business account they can be sent an auto reply. For this we use WhatsApp Business, but for some time we are facing problem with WhatsApp Business, so today we will see how to solve this problem.

Step 1 : Open the Settings application on your mobile, scroll down and click on the Apps option, Click on Apps Management, You will see all the apps installed in your mobile. Search WhatsApp Business and click on WhatsApp Business

Step 2 : Now you will come to the app info of WhatsApp, click on the storage option, click on clear data and come back to app info.

Step 3 : Click on permission option. Turn on all permission (Storage, Camera, Contact, location, Microphone, Call logs ) come back to app info.

Step 4 : Scroll down and click on picture in picture option. turn on allow permission optin.

Step 5 : come back to app info. Click on Force Stop, Click on Force Stop again.

close all apps from background.

Step 6 : Open the Play Store, search for WhatsApp Business and if its update has come, then update it.

Step 7 : Scroll down, click on developer contact option and click on email.

Step 8 : Now you will be redirected to the email, write WhatsApp Business Not Working in the subject and mention your problem below.

for example : “WhatsApp business app is not working properly on my mobile please try to solve this problem as soon as possible I am unable to use WhatsApp business on my device.

mobile device name : Samsung j7 duo.”

Step 9 : Click on send button, so that your problem will go to WhatsApp committee and they will try to solve your problem as soon as possible in new update.
