STEP 1. Go to Union Bank App and click on Value Added option.

STEP 2. Click on apply now.

STEP 3. Click on apply now for debit card/ ATM option.

STEP 4. Select account number and write in description (“I have lost my old Debit card, give me another Debit card in my nearest union branch, my old ATM card currently closed.”)

STEP 5. Click on proceed.

SECOND SOLUTION:-

STEP 1. Open union bank app.

STEP 2. Click on debit card option .

STEP 3. Click on apply now and select your account number.

STEP 4. Again click on apply now .

STEP 5. Enter your pin and click on submit option.
