Step 1 : open Google/Chrome Browser on your device. Search for Kotak 811 and click on the official link of Kotak 811
Step 2 : Scroll down, click on Kotak Mahindra Bank (At click here to write to us) option.
Step 3 : You will redirect to another page. Click on my question is not listed here option. click on No need more help option.
Step 4 : click on email us and fill up the form.
- select type of customer
- enter your name same as account name
- enter your registered mobile number
- enter your mail id
- In enquiry write “please close my bank account permanently”
- tick on the terms and conditions
Step 5 : click on submit option.
Note : you will receive a mail from the bank within one day. It will take to 2-3 days to respond for the mail we sent & it will always take at least 7-10 days to close our account permanently.
