Dear slice team,

my contact number is 88 77 65 4372

email ID is xyz@gamil.com

Aadhar number is 7346 4857 8677

I want to close my slice account permanently because I am not interested in it.

Note : After sending this mail wait for at least 24 hours so you can get reply from them on your mail. you will get request ID and wait for next 24 hours so you will get a call from slice team and share this request ID to them. also share them the reason you want to close your slice account permanently. if you didn’t receive the call then you can call them on the name number given in in the mail you received with request ID.

Method 2

Step 1 : Open your Slice application and click on the Blue credit card on the top right corner, click on the setting option

step 2 : Do the following changes in the setting.

limit per transaction = change to 100
International transaction = turn off
turn off = tap to play option
turn off = online transaction option
turn off = card status option & select any one reason & click on confirm option

step 3 : Come back to the Slice homepage and click on the profile option.

Step 4 : Click on the setting option and click on deactivate account option.

Step 5 : You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number & enter the received OTP.

it will deactivate your life the account temporary

Step 6 : Go to the Gmail application and open any mail received from slice application and team

Step 7 : Scroll down and you will get option of unsubscribe & click on the unsubscribe option
