Step 1 : Open Instagram app on your mobile. Login to your account with your login information.
Step 2 : Go to profile, click on 3 line on right corner, now click on setting option.
Step 3 : After going down to the setting, you are seeing the help option, click on the help option. Click on help center. Click on search bar and search temporary delete.
Step 4 : Click on “Temporary Delete your Instagram account”. Scroll down & Click on instagram.com from mobile browser and computer option.
Step 5 : You will be redirected to Chrome Browser. Use login details and login into your account.
Step 6 : Come to Profile , On top Left Corner click on Setting option. Click on edit profile. Scroll down click on temporary deactivate account. Here select reason to deactivate your account, go down and enter your Instagram account password. Click below on temporary deactivate account.
If you want to activate your Instagram account then just open Instagram app and enter Instagram id and password and click on log in.
