Sometimes we accidentally remove access to camera and microphone that’s why while posting story the camera and microphone do not open.

STEP 1. Go to mobile’s setting.

STEP 2. Click on apps/application option.

STEP 3. Go to app management/ app manager.

STEP 4. Search Instagram in search bar and click on it.

STEP 5. Click on permission.

STEP 6. Click on camera option and tick on “allow only while using the app”.

STEP 7. Go back , click on microphone and tick on “allow only while using the app”.

STEP 8. Go back 2 times.

STEP 9. Go to storage usage and clear cache.
