How to Fix Chrome Not Working | Google Chrome Not Working in mobile
Google Chrome is a safe and fast search engine that’s why we mostly use Chrome in our day to day life but from some days Chrome is not working properly. are you suffering from this same problem? then don’t worry, in today’s blog we are going to see how to fix this problem so follow all the given steps carefully.
Step 1 : Open setting on your mobile, scroll down, click on apps option, click on apps management. Now you can see all the apps installed on your mobile. click on chrome app
Step 2 : Chrome browser’s app info will open in front of you and click on force stop again click on force stop.
Step 3 : Click on Storage Usage option, Click on Clear Cache, Come back to App Info.
Step 4 : Click on permission option and turn on all permission (camera, location, contact, microphone, storage) and now come back to App Info
Step 5 : Click on the 3 dots on the top right corner, Click on Uninstall Updates, Click on OK
Open chrome browser and check whether your problem is solved or not, if not solved then follow next step
Step 6 : Open play store on your mobile, search for chrome browser and update it
Step 7 : Scroll down and click on developer contact option, click on email, it will direct you to email.
Step 8 : After coming on the e-mail, write in the subject that Chrome is not working properly and below we have to mention our problem and you also have to mention the name of the device.
for example : ” currently Chrome browser is not working properly on my mobile please try to solve this problem. device name : Samsung j7 “
Step 9 : Click on send button, now our problem will go to google committee & they will try to solve our problem as soon as possible
