How to Fix WhatsApp status not uploading Sending & Couldn’t Send Problem
when using the WhatsApp, we see status uploaded by someone, when we are uploading status then the status is loading, then we’re facing a problem that the status is in sending but it can get uploaded, after waiting for long time, we see that the status is not uploaded and it is showing that couldn’t upload so in today’s blog we will see how to solve this uploading status problem.
Step 1 : turn off your internet connection and close all the apps from the background.
Step 2 : open WhatsApp on your mobile and come to status option, click on the three dots in the front of my status
Step 3 : long press on your status and delete the status & close WhatsApp from the background
Step 4 : open setting application on your mobile, click on the apps option. click on the app management, all the installed apps in your mobile will be displayed on your screen. click on WhatsApp.
Step 5 : now you will come to app info of the WhatsApp, click on the force stop option and again click on the force stop.
Step 6 : click on the mobile data. follow the given below steps.
- turn on allow background data usage
- turn off allow app while data saver on
- click on View app setting and turn on use less data for option
- scroll down and click on photo upload quality
- click on auto option and click on ok option.`rt
close all apps from the background and now check that your problem have been solved or not
Solution 2
Step 1 : open setting application on your mobile, click on connection option, click on mobile network option.
Step 2 : turn off data roaming & VoLTE call sim 2 options.
Step 3 : if you’re facing network issue, then click on access point, click on the three dots, click on reset to default option and click on reset.
close all the apps from the background and restart your mobile and you can check that you are problem has been solved.
