How To Solve Contact and Status not showing in WhatsApp.

We all use social media apps, specially WhatsApp, on this we can chat, we can transfer media, there is also a section of Status on WhatsApp , where we can see the status kept by people.

Sometimes we do not see the WhatsApp contact or status, the first reason is that if our contact is not saved in other’s mobile, then we will not see their status, even if they have not put our contact in status privacy, we will not see the status. SOLUTION 1

STEP 1. Go to mobile’s setting and click on apps option.

STEP 2. Search WhatsApp and click on it.

STEP 3. Go to permission and click on contact.

STEP 4. Tick on allow.

Check by going to WhatsApp, if this problem is coming again, then follow the step given below.

SOLUTION 2

Uninstall WhatsApp and again install it.

Check whether this problem is solved or not ,If problem still not solved then see the next solution.

SOLUTION 3

STEP 1. Go to mobile’s setting and click on apps option.

STEP 2. Search WhatsApp and click on it.

STEP 3. Go to storage option and click on clear cache.
