Earlier, whenever we had to transfer money, we used the app of banks or go to the bank and deposit/withdrawal the money. Now Indian government has launched a new system “UPI System”, we can transfer money to anyone sitting at home from our mobile or receive money from anyone.

With the help of this UPI system, many apps were launched like Google Pay, Phonepe and these apps are linked to the bank. If there is a problem with the bank’s server, then phonepe and google pay do not work. If the bank server is fine, then I am going to tell you how to solve the problem on phonepe.

SOLUTION 1

How to check if there is a server problem in the bank?

STEP 1. Go to chrome and search downdetector.

STEP 2. Click on https://downdetector.in/ website and search by typing bank in search bar.

STEP 3. Click on your bank and Check your bank server is down or not.

If the server is down, you will have to wait until the server is up.

If your bank name is not there, then you can search the server by entering the name of your bank on direct chrome.

SOLUTION 2

If the server is not down then follow the steps given below.

STEP 1. Go to mobile’s setting and click on connection option.

STEP 2. Click on mobile network and go to access point name option.

STEP 3. Click on 3dots given in corner and click on reset to default.

STEP 4. Turn on flight mode for some seconds and after turn off.

STEP 5. Go to playstore and update your phonepe app.

If you do not have these options on your mobile’s setting , then you can reset it by searching the access point name directly in the search bar.
