STEP 1. Open Instagram and go to the account on which you have reported.

STEP 2. Unblock that account.

STEP 3. Click on 3 dots option given in the corner.

STEP 4. Unrestrict that account.

STEP 5. If you want to follow that account, you can follow.

First of all understand that if you have reported on someone’s account or post, then it goes review to Instagram Community Team and they check whether there is anything wrong on this post/account or not.

If there is no wrong on that account/post , then they do not take any action. so don’t worry about it.
